3. Non-Eligible Cases


• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
• Minor scratches or imperfections in the outer box/packaging.
• Minor variations in paint or finish due to production processes.

• Cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged after confirmation or deposit payment.

• The store reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any exchange.
